Books to Spare?
In case you’re cleaning out a spare room or some boxes in the basement in the next few months, and come across any books you no longer need, The Friends of The Chesterfield Public Library is seeking donations for its Annual Autumn Book Sale. And the sale is not limited to books; we’ll take CD’s, DVD’s, even videos. The Sale will be held in Town Hall on September 26. Donations may be brought to the Library any time it is open: Mondays from 2 to 7 p.m., Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. We ask that you limit your donations to items in good condition. No textbooks will be accepted, and only 2009 issues of magazines can be used. Thanks for your help in contributing to the Library’s largest annual fund-raising event.

Need a Library Card?
Complete the "Library Card Registration" form (see below) and bring it to the library. Forms may be dropped in the book return box when the library is closed.

Please note that the form requests a license or ID#. This should be an identification number other than your social security number. If you already have a CWMars card from another library, you do not need to register for an additional card.
