Firearms Licensing
LTC and FID Cards will be scheduled by appointment only beginning March 10, 2022. To schedule an appointment, email Chief Malouin at policechief@townofchesterfieldma.com or call our business line, (413) 296-4353 and leave a message with your contact information.
If you are a new applicant or renewing your current LTC or FID, use the provided link to the mass.gov website for the application form.
- Appointments will be limited to one person per time slot
- Applications must be filled out and a copy of your Firearms Safety Certificate in hand if a new applicant .
- A $100 fee is required at the time of application by personal check, bank check or money order payable to the "Town of Chesterfield". FID licensing fee for juveniles under 18 years of age is $25.00.
