The Zoning Board of Appeals is a three member board with the authority to grant variances to the local zoning bylaws, to issue findings concerning specific uses of property and to hear appeals of decision made by the Building Inspector. The Board is responsible for upholding the intention and enforcement of Chesterfield's zoning by-laws.

The Board meets when a petition of appeal requests their action. Forms may be obtained from the Town Clerk.
